Aaj Ye Post Likhte Hue Behad Afsos Ho Raha Hai Ke Hamare Kuch Bhai Beheno Ko Rehmate Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Insaf Nazar Nahi Aa Raha Hai. Islam Ne Aajse 1400 Sal Pehle Jo Aurat Zaat Ko Insaf Diya Wo Hargiz Koi Aur Nahi De Sakta. Is Post Me Ham In Tamam Bato Par Gaur Karenge Ki Aakhir Islam Me Aurat Ko Kya Martaba Haasil Hai.

Islam Se Pehle Auraton Ke Halaat

Islam Ke Pehle Aurat Ki Koi Ahmiyat Nahi Thi. Ladkiyo Ko Zinda Dafna Diya Jata Tha. Mardo Ki Nazar Me Aurat Apni Nafsani Khwahishat Ko Poora Karne Ka Khilauna Thi. Aurate Din Raat Mardo Ki Khidmat Kiya Karti Aur Mazdoori Karke Bhi Koi Paise Kamati To Mardo Ko Dena Padta. Mardo Ko Aurato Ki Qadr Nahi Thi. Aurato Par Tarah Tarah Ke Zulmo Sitam Kiye Zate. Jis Tarah Aulad Apne Baap Ki Milkiyat Ke Waris Ho Jate Hai Usi Tarah Log Apne Baap Ke Marne Ke Baad Unki Biwiyo Ke Malik Ban Jate. Unhe Apni Kaneeze/Laundi Bana Kar Rakhte. Aurat Ko Uske Maa Baap Bhai Behen Shohar Ki Miras Se Koi Haq Nahi Diya Jata Tha. Aurate Kisi Chiz Ki Malik Nahi Hua Karti Thi. Jiska Shohar Mar Jata Use Gharse Bahar Nikalne Na Diya Jata. Unki Zindagi Gharme Kisi Qaidkhano Se Kam Na Thi. Bewao Ki Us Daur Me Koi Izzat Na Thi. Na Unhe Ye Haq Tha Ki Wo Apne Hisabse Zindagi Basar Kare. Duniya Ke Har Mulq Me Aurato Par Zulmo Sitam Ki Kami Nahi Thi. Jinhe Ye Baate Khokhli Lagti Ho Wo Tareekh Utha Kar Dekhle. Hamare Mulk Hindustan Me Bhi Aurat Ka Kya Maqam Tha. Kis Qadr Aurat Ko Zillat Aur Zulm Se Bhari Zindagi Basar Karni Padti Thi. Aaj Bhi Gair Mazhab Me Ladki Ko Paida Hone Se Pehle Hi Mar Diya Jata Hai. Aaj Tak Wo Is Kaamko Rok Nahi Paye Aur Hamari Khawatino Ko Insaf Dilane Ki Baat Ho Rahi Hai.

Islam Ke Baad Aurat

Jab Is Duniya Ka Zulmo Sitam Aurato Par Zaari Tha To ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Apne Habeeb Rehmatallil Aalameen Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ko Bheja. Islam Ne Aurat Ko Wo Izzat Di Wo Huqooq Diye Jiski Wo Haqdar Thi. Unpar Ho Rahe Zulmo Sitam Ko Mere Aaqa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Farman Ne Rok Diya. Islam Ne Aurato Ke Wo Huqooq Mukarrar Kiye Jinhe Islam Se Pehle Kisi Mazhab Ne Na Diya Tha. Par Afsos Dar Afsos Aaj Hamare Hi Kuch Bhai Beheno Ki Modern Soch Ko Farman-E-Mustafa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Koi Ahmiyat Nahi Rahi Hai. Inka Kehna Hai Ke Inhe Insaf Chahiye. Ek Baat Khoob Zehenashi Farmale Ki Is Qaynat Me Mere Aaqa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Jaisa Insaf Koi Nahi Kar Sakta Hai. Islam Ne Aurato Ko Konse Huqooq Wa Darjat Ata Kiye  Mulahiza Farmaye.

• Mehar Ka Haq

Nikah Hone Par Aurat Ko Mehar Ka Haq Ata Kiya Gaya. Shohar Par Wazib Hai Ke Wo Mehar Ada Kare.
ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Qur’an-E-Kareem Me Huqm Farmaya,
“Aur Aurato Ko Unke Mehar Khushi Se Do.”

To Jin Aurato Ko Nikah Me Lana Chaho. Unke Bandhe Hue Mehar Unhe Dedo.

• Apne Pasand Se Nikah Karna

Hazrate Abu Huraira Wa Hazrate Abdullah Bin Abbas Radiallaho Anhu Se Riwayat Hai Ke Sarware Qaynat Shafi-E-Mehshar Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Irshad Farmaya,
Kunwari Ka Nikah Na Kiya Jaye Jab Tak Ke Uski RazamandiNa Hasil Karli Jaye. Aur Uska Chup Rehna Uski Razamandi Hai. Aur Na Nikah Kiya Jaye Bewah Ka Jab Tak Usse Ijazat Na Li Jaye.

Ya Rasoolullah ! Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Kunwari Ladkiya To Ijazat Dene Me Sharmati Hai.
To Sarkar-E-Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Irshad Farmaya,
Uska Khamosh Hojana Hi Ijazat Hai.

Islam Ne Aurat Ko Apna Manpasand Shohar Chunne Ka Haq Diya. Ye Haq Na Sirf Kunwari Ladkiyo Ko Diya Balke Bewao Ko Bhi Yahi Haq Diya Ke Wo Apne Pasand Se Nikah Kare. Kisi Bhi Mazhab Ne Bewao Ko Aisa Haq Na Ata Kiya Tareekh Gawah Hai. Digar Mazhabo Me Bewao Ke Sath Zulmo Sitam Kiya Jata Hai Aaj Bhi. Unko Buri Nigah Se Dekha Jata Hai. Unhe Bad Shaguni Samjha Jata Hai.  Islam Ne Aurat Ke Liye Uski Izzat Ko Bewa Hone Ke Bad Bhi Barkarar Rakkha. Joamari Behne Apni Kam Ilmi Ke Wajahat Se Ye Sochti Hai Ke Unpar Kisi Tarah Ki Bandishe Islam Me Hai To Unhe Ilm-E-Deen Hasil Karne Ki Zaroorat Hai. Jinhe Shari’at-E-Mustafa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ka Ilm Na Ho Aur Fir Bhi Wo Agar Shari’at Ki Mukhalfat Kare To Ye Bada Gunaah Hai. Apne Aakhirat Ki Fikr Kare. ALLAH Ta’ala Aur Uske Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ko Kya Munh Dikhaogi. ALLAH Ta’ala Sabko Nek Taufiq Ata Farmaye.

Magar Afsos! Aaj Ke Zamane Me Log Ladki Ki Paidaish Par Gamzada Ho Jate Hai. Aaj Jo Log Hamare Mazhabe Islam Par Aurato Ke Huqooq Ke Liye Ungli Utha Rahe Hai Unhe Pehle To Apne Gireban Me Zankna Zaroori Hai. Jo Ladkiyo Ko Ladko Jaisa Darja, Izzat Aur Haq Nahi Dete. Jo Log Ladko Ko Nasl Ka Chirag Jante Hai. Magar Mazhabe Islam Me Betiya To Na Sirf Duniya Me Apne Gharwalo Ki Khidmat Karti Hai Waldain Ke Wisal Ke Baad Bhi Unke Jannat Ka Sabab Banti Hai.

Jab Wo BIWI Banti Hai, Shohar Ka Aadha (Half) Deen Muqammal Kar Deti Hai
Jab Wo Maa Banti Hai, Jannat Uske Qadmo Me Hoti Hai.”

Mazhabe Islam Wo Haq Wa Afzal Mazhab Hai Jisme ALLAH Ta’ala Ke Habeeb Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Maa Ko Wo Maqaam Ataa Kiya Ki Baap Se 3 Guna Jyada Husne Akhlaq Se Apni Maa Se Pesh Aao. ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Maa Ke Qadmo Me Jannat Ko Rakh Diya. Jise Jannat Ko Pana Hai Wo Apne Maa Ki Khidmat Karke Jannat Hasil Karle. Islam Ki Taleemat Ye Hai Ke Aulaad Sari Zindagi Bhi Apne Waldain Ki Khoob Khidmat Kare Phir Bhi Unka Haq Ada Nahi Kar Sakti. ALLAH Ta’ala Ki Raza Bhi Waldain Ki Raza Me Hai. Islam Ne Jo Maqaam Wa Martaba Maa Ko Ata Kiya Wo Duniya Ka Koi Mazhab Nahi Diya.

Is Hadees Se Ye Saaf Zahir Hai Ke Jo Shakhs Apne Biwi Ke Huqooq Ada Karne Me Kotahi Kare Ya Unpar Kisi Tarah Ka Zulm Karta Hai To Beshaq Use Dardnak Azab Ka Samna Karna Hai. ALLAH Ta’ala Sabko Nek Taufiq Ata Farmaye.

• Jo Apni Biwi Ki Musibaton Bimariyon Aur Ranj-O-Gam Me Diljoi Aur Wafadari Ka Saboot De.
• Jo Apni Biwi Ko Parde Me Rakh Kar Izzat-O-Aabru Ki Hifazat Kare.
• Jo Apni Biwi Ko Zillat-o-Ruswayi Se Bachaye Rakhe.
• Jo Apni Biwi Ko Deendari Ki Takeed Karta Rahe Aur Shari’at Ki Raah Per Chalaye.
• Jo Apni Biwi Ke Akhrajaat Me Bakhili Aur Kanjoosi Na Kare.
• Jo Apni Biwi Per Iss Tarah Taabey Me (Control) Rakhe Ke Wo Kisi Burai Ki Taraf Rukh Bhi Na Kar Sake.

• Bewa/Widhva Aurat Ka Haq:
ALLAH Ta’ala Qur’an-E-Kareem Me Huqm Farmata Hai,
Aur Tum Me Jo Mare Aur Biwiya Chode Wah 4 Mahine 10 Din Apne Aapko Roke Rahe. To Jab Unki Iddat Puri Ho Jaye To Aye Waaliyo Tum Par Muaakhza Nahi Us Kaam Me Jo Aurate Apne Muaamle Me Muwafiqe Shrah Kare Aur ALLAH Ko Tumhare Kaamo Ki Khabar Hai.

Bewao Ki Apne Shohar Ke Marne Ke Baad Is Duniya Me Koi Haisiyat Na Thi. Use Zamane Ki Zillato Ka Samna Karna Padta. Bewao Ko Hikarat Ki Nazar Se Dekha Jata. Bewao Ko Bad Shaguni Samjha Jata. Mere Aaqa Rehmate Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Bewao Aur Talakshuda Aurato Ko Aaj Se 1400 Sal Pehle Wo Insaf Diya Waisa Insaf Duniya Ki Koi Adalat Nahi De Sakti. Sarkar-E-Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Pehla Nikah Ummul Momineen Sayyeda Hazrate Khadizatul Kubra Radiallahu Anha Sw Kiya Aap 2 Martaba Bewa Hui Thi. Mere Aaqa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Ummat Ko Ye Sikh Di Ki Bewa Aur Talaqshuda Aurato Se Nukah Karo. Islam Ne Ye Sabak Puri Duniya Ko Diya Ki Sohar Ke Is Duniya Se Chale Jane Ke Baad Ya Talaq Ke Baad Bhi Aurat Ko Apni Zindagi Jeene Ka Haq Hai. Use Wahi Izzat Bakshi Jo Kunwariyo Ki Hoti Hai.

Aurat Ka Wirasat Me Haq

ALLAH Ta’ala Qur’an-E-Kareem Me Huqm Farmata Hai,
“Agar Kisike Shohar Ka Inteqal Ho Jaye Jo Be Aulad Hai, Aur Uski Ek Behen Hai To Tarke Me Uski Behen Ka Aadha Hai. Mard Apni Behen Ka Waris Hoga Agar Behen Ki Aulad Na Ho. Phir Agar Do Behne Ho Tarke Me Unka Do Tihai. Aur Agar Bhai Behen Ho Mard Bhi Aurate Bhi To Mard Ka Hissa So Aurato Ke Barabar. ALLAH Tumhare Liye Saf Bayan Farmata Hai Ki Kahi Behek Na Jao. Aur ALLAH Har Chiz Janta Hai.

Islam Ne Aurat Ko Wirasat Me Haq Ata Farmaya Chahe Wo Kisiki Behen Ho, Kisiki Beti Ho Kisiki Biwi Ho. Har Soorat Me Use Uska Haq Ata Kiya Gaya. In Huqooq Ki Adaygi Me Kotahi Karnewalo Ke Liye Aakhirat Me Dardnak Azab Hai.

Talaq Ka Bayan

Aaj Islamic Shari’at Ko Historical/Purani Kehnewalo Ko Dar Asl Islam Ke Shari’at Ka Koi Ilm Nahi Hai. Aaj Awaam Ko Nikah Karne Se Pehle Nikah Ke Sare Masle Masail Ka Sikhna Zarooi Hai. Islam Ne Kisi Soorat Me Aurat Par Koi Ziyatadi Nahi Ki Hai. Har Jagah Aurat Ke Huqooq Ko Ada Karne Ki Taleemat Hamare Aaqa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmayi Hain. Aur Jo Qanoon Rehmate Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Banaya Hai Wo Ta Qayamat Aanewale Logo Ke Liye Hai Jise Koi Tabdeel Nahi Kar Sakta. Jinhe Shari’at-E-Mustafa Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Aitraz Hai Ya Jinhe Lagta Hai Ma’zALLAH Islam Me Aurat Ka Haq Ada Nahi Kiya Jaa Raha Isliye Wo Aaj Shari’at Ke Khilaf Bol Rahe Hai. Aaj Triple Talaq Ka Masla Adalat Tak Pohoch Gaya Hai. Kya Hamare Kisi Bhai Beheno Ne Is Baat Par Gaur Kiya Ki Islam Me Talaq Ki Kitni Kisme Hai? Talaq Kaise Diye Jaye? Talaq Ke Talluq Masle Masail Ko Padhna Zaroori Samjha Nahi. Afsos Fir Bhi Aise La Ilmi Log Shari’at Ki Mukhalfat Kar Rahe Hai Bina Ilm Ke.

Tamam Halal Chizon Me ALLAH Ke Nazdeek Ziyadah Na’pasand TALAQ Hai.

Talaq Ek Jaiz Amal Hote Hue Bhi ALLAH Ta’ala Ko Sabse Jyada Napasandida Amal Hai. Afsos Hai Aajke Hamare Bhaiyo Par Jo Itni Aasani Se Talaq De Dete Hai. Jo Ke Shari’at Ke Qanoon Ke Khilaf Hai. Jab ALLAH Ta’ala Ne Aurat Ko Apne Pasand Se Shohar Chunne Ka Haq Diya. To Talaq Ka Ikhteyar Mard Ko Diya. Mard Ko Ye Ikhteyar Isliye Diya Gaya Kyunki ALLAH TA’ALA Ne Mardo Ko Jyada Samajhdar Aqalwala Banaya Hai. Ye Ikhteyar Ka Jo Koi Galat Istemal Kare Beshaq Aakhirat Me Uske Liye Ruswai Aur Dardnak Azab Hai.

TALAQ Ek Jayez Amal Hai Lekin Us Surat Me Jab Miya Biwi Ke Rishte Me is Qadar Kad’wahat Aajaye Ki Baat Kisi Surat Se Na Banti Ho To Shari’at Ne Hum Par Ye Aasani Ki Ke TALAQ (Azadi) Ka Rasta Banaya, Jisse Ye Dono Alag Ho Sakte Hain, Phir Ye Apni Marzi Ke MUTABIQ Kisi Dusre Se Nikah Ke Mamle Me Aazad Hain, Par Aaj Kal Baat Be Baat Talaq Dene Ka Riwaj Nikla Hai Aur Zara Bhi Koshish Nahi Ki Jati Ki Baat Ban Jaye, Koi Gusse Me TALAQ De Raha Hai, Koi Nashe Me, Koi Dahej Ke Liye, To Koi Biwi Se Chhutkara Paane Ke Liye, TALAQ Agarche Eik Jayez Amal Hai Par ALLAH Paak Use Pasand Nahi Farmata, Bila Sakht Shar’ie Zarurat Ke TALAQ Nahi Dena Chahiye, TALAQ Ke Silsile Me Chand Ahadise Pak Padhiye.

Hazrat Mu’aaz Riwayat Karte Hain Huzoor صَلّی اللّه عَلَیہِ وَسَلّم Ne Farmaya:
“Aye Mu’aaz ! Koi Cheez ALLAH Pak Ne Roye Zameen Par Gulam Azad Karne Se Ziyadah Pasand Nahi Ki, Aur Koi Cheez TALAQ Se Ziyadah Na’pasand Nahi Ki.

In Hadees-E-Nabwi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Hamare Un Islami Bhaiyo Ko Sabak Hasil Karna Chahiye Jo Ek Sath 3 Talaq De Dete Hai, Gusse Me Talaq De Dete Hai,  Koi Nashe Me, Koi Dahej Ke Liye, To Koi Biwi Se Chhutkara Paane Ke Liye, TALAQ Jaiz Amal Zaroor Hai Mere Dosto Magar Uska Galat Istemal Karnewalo Ko Aakhirat Me Dardnak Azab Hai. Ye Baat Kabhi Na Bhoolna Mere Bhaiyo Ki ALLAH Ta’ala Ko Halal Chizo Me Sabse Jyada Napasandida Chiz Talaq Hai.
